Alright guys this is my first time making a forum post ever and I wanted to express my idea.The first is idea is to make a program for IMVU that you will able to see peoples hidden albums.Lets say if your girlfriend is cheating on you and you don't know but you want to find out this will be a great tool to see if she has taken any pictures with any guy or maybe you could use this product to find IMVU nudes or expose. The second idea is to make a program that you could take over peoples chat for example lets say if im in a IMVU public room and somebody is spamming,with the program you could takes over hes keyboard and type whatever you want!That will be the best programs ever in my opinion.

Also. how bout a programe(bot) that can log onto imvu like a regular user. so it would be. u make a guest imvu acc or w/e use the bot to log him/her in. with simple features, maybe like being able to enter specific public rooms, and viewing the chat.

There would have to be a way of seeing hidden albums first before I could make a program to automate it. A lot of people request programs but they don't realize programs need data to work. I can't just magically have access to people private albums. There has to be a way of getting in them. Do you know of any methods?

I won't ever make one and I hope no one else does either for two reasons: First, this could be abused way too easily. The IMVU population is already made up of a majority of people who are immoral or just otherwise want to cause harm and this type of program would only get used for illicit purposes. Second, as far as I know, this would require getting some sort of malware installed the victims computer in order to take control over their client so it's not a simple task.

This is why I like using T3DE, it has a mute option so people in the room are not longer visible and their messages are no longer seen.

Well, you can easily log into IMVU using C#, I have an example here: viewtopic.php?f=109&t=8503

I also have a script for auto logging into IMVU. I personally use it everyday. I haven't logged into IMVU manually in 2 years. It's much quicker: viewtopic.php?f=113&t=8130

We have already looked into this. You can already see public albums. Private albums use a server side check, so you can not view a private album's page. Photos in a private album also use a server side check, so you can not view a private private photo pages. The image file's name contains a 20 character long random string, which would take 89 quadrillion years for a home PC to crack through http requests to the IMVU server, so ... you can not brute force the file path. Unless you have an efficient algorithm for finding the url of an image file in an IMVU album .... making this program is not realistic.

Theoretically possible if you can get the user on the other end to load a flash widget ... there are already flash products in the IMVU catalog which can control what someone else says, but this would be ultimately pointless against spammers. Just use the mute button to mute the spammer. IMVU does come with a mute button.

Everything can be done but your first idea is invasion of privacy and I don't agree to that. A lot of people are very private and have albums hidden along with their real photos on it and just open it on and off to show specific people at random occasions so they're hidden for good reasons. If it is only to find out if your gf is cheating or not and have taken nude or sensual photos with another man should be confronted by talking, you'll know when a person is cheating or not even if not right away eventually you'll find it out. A spammer entering in a room is annoying though wish there could be done more to it to stop it but just like any other games there are and will always have that. It is easy enough to flag them anyway if people in the room will participate other than that the chat moves fast especially in an active room.
