thanks
i still use GIMP 2.2 my original video got over 250,000 views, i could use the pennies that many views gets right now.
however, there are numerous videos that explain how to do this now. i'm trying to figure out, what is the best way to present the information. also how i can improve the tutorial. i know erbody all geeked about baby hair now.
using my tutorial, the hair looks good and does have a lot of shine depending on the mesh you use.
any feedback on how i can improve it before i embark on making another would be helpful

- maybe try with different popular hair meshes in the tutorial so people can see the different ways the texture looks on these meshes? I always find Spikey/Layered hair meshes at times don't do hair texture justice - it might just look too sparkly instead of shiny. Showing how you can change the colour of the final texture may really help too since creators usually do more than 1 color each time for the same mesh? Then you can mention like 5 different hair colours with the same simple steps!
Just my 2 cents
